Ludivine Martin

Ludivine is an economist and the research coordinator of priority topic Employer/Employee relations at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER). Her main research interests cover personnel and labour economics, with a special focus on the impact of technological transformations on workers’ motivations and well-being. She has extensive experience in survey and experimental data collection and analyses.

At UNTANGLED Ludivine is leader of WP5: Micro-level analysis, and a member of the Executive Committee and the Gender Equality Team.
